What documents do I need to apply?
Requirements vary by program and state. Generally you'll need a valid ID, proof of relationship to the patient, and relevant Medicaid documentation. Our team will walk you through everything.
How long does the enrollment process take?
Most caregivers are enrolled within 2–4 weeks after submitting all required documentation. We work to get you started as quickly as possible.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We follow strict HIPAA guidelines and all personal information is encrypted and securely stored. Your privacy is our priority.
