MI Coordinated Health (MICH)
MICH replaces MI Health Link as of January 1, 2026. It is a Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (HIDE-SNP) that bundles medical, pharmacy, and long-term care into one plan through insurers like United Healthcare and Humana.
Family Love Care helps families navigate enrollment and delivers personal care services included in long-term care benefits.
