Important: Michigan Insurance Transition
As of 1/1/26 many people were enrolled into new health insurances such as UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Molina, Meridian, HAP CareSource and Priority. The new plans are called Michigan Coordinated Care Plans or MICH, HIDE-SNP, D-SNP. This transition has caused significant disruptions and concern to individuals who were receiving services directly from the DHS Home Help program. We can help you successfully navigate this transition.
